Delivery Policies:
- SAME DAY DELIVERY IN CAVITE PHILIPPINES
- You must provide complete delivery address. Failure to provide complete address may cause unexpected delayed of your gifts.
- If the recipient is not around we may leave the gift to someone who may related to recipient.
- We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs.
- Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

- Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. Gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category if your requested gift is not available. Flowers may substitute with another color if requested color is not available. Basket, vase, bears, chocolate packets may vary and subject to substitute with size, color, shape, brand etc when original (shown our website) is not available in our stock. Take note we deliver almost all the places within Philippines but If the delivery address is far from our courier office (For provincial delivery) or not covered for delivery, recipient needs to pick up the item from our advised courier office. Recipient or buyer will be notified the advisory. Shipping charge still require whether its pick up or delivery since we ship item to your nearer courier office. Exact time of delivery may not possible since none of the couriers commit it. But delivery possible within the day as you specified.

Wrong address or contact # always makes delay for delivery. Customer should provide complete address (should be use brgy) and contact # for the recipient. If the address is wrong, then items will be pending to our courier office ( for provincial area). Customer needs to pick the product from the courier office as we are not responsible for providing wrong and contact #.therefore we will try our best to contact the recipient to get the correct address and deliver it to their door.
Delay delivery:
Delivery may delay for the following reasons:
• Item was not received by the recipient because of Unallocated address
• Item was not received by the recipient because of House ’closed’ or unoccupied at the time of delivery
• Item was not received by the recipient because of Recipient moved out or Resigned
• Item was not received by the recipient because of Unknown addressee
• Item was not received by the recipient because of Refused to Accept
Items returned because of the following reasons are still considered sold, non-refundable and will only await further delivery instructions and shipping service fee fulfillment by the buyer:
